Officials officially kicked off the state’s newest economic development partnership during the Greater Fremont Development Council’s board meeting Wednesday at the Fremont Golf Club.

GFDC announced in April it was joining the Greater Omaha Economic Development Partnership, a program of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce that also includes Douglas, Cass, Sarpy and Washington counties.
