About the Lofts @ 505 Project
The Lofts @ 505 will be an upper story housing rehabilitation development. This project will include a mix of 4 studio, 16 one bedroom, and 4 two bedroom totaling 24 new residential rental units to the downtown Fremont housing market. The anticipated completion date is April 2021.
About the Here We Grow Homes Program
In 2019, GFDC received LB840 funding from the City of Fremont to create the Here We Grow Homes (HWGH) Fund to further expand on the missing middle housing needs of the Fremont community. This program primarily focuses on providing gap financing for developers of low-to-moderate income housing.
About the Greater Fremont Development Council
GFDC is a 501(c)6 public-private partnership that works diligentily to fulfill its mission to provide leadership for the Greater Fremont Area growth initiatives and aggressively pursue targeted growth opportunities that will result in quality job creation and retention.
