The Small Business Education Series begins on Thursday, April 21, and continues every third Thursday of the month through Thursday, November 17

The Greater Fremont Development Council (GFDC) is launching a Small Business Education Series which will continue every third Thursday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. throughout 2022. Each session will be a class that runs for an hour on a variety of topics relevant to small business owners, including credit building, risk management, tax planning, and more.

The sessions are open to all and are particularly suitable for small business owners, anyone looking to kickstart their business, or for those thinking about starting a small business or learning more about what this entails. 

“We are so excited to be able to offer this new program to the greater Fremont business community,” said Megan Skiles, Executive Director of the GFDC, “these informational sessions will provide excellent information while providing a space for local small business owners to network and collaborate.”

All classes are on the third Thursday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the First State Bank & Trust Company Education Center, located at 1005 E 23rd St in Fremont.
