As we have recently rolled out a rebrand, Fremont Here We Grow, the Greater Fremont Development Council Board of Directors have agreed to launch, in partnership with the City of Fremont, Fremont Area United Way and other nonprofit/for profit entities, the city’s first Multicultural Inclusion Council. The purpose of this council is to encourage the development of relationships amongst diverse populations within Fremont, while continuing to grow diversity in our workforce and our culture. We see this council as a key need as we grow and develop as a community, county, and region.

To announce the establishment of the Multicultural Inclusion Council, GFDC is hosting a Press Conference at the City Council Chambers on May 31, 2019 from 10:30 - 11:30am.

If you are interested in being a part of the Multicultural Inclusion Council and making a positive difference in the area of diversity and inclusion making Fremont the place many families will choose to live, work and raise a family, please contact the GFDC office.
