I will attach a photo as well.“Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the Ribbon Cutting to Fremont's newest housing addition, BlueStem Commons! Hoppe & Son celebrated the launch of their first 25 rental units going on the market. Each unit is a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath row style home with attached garage, geothermal heating and cooling, washer and dryer included! The starting range for these rental properties goes from $600 - $1,300. The next phase of units Hoppe & Son are working on completing are Single-Family duplex homes that are being built for purchase! #HereWeGrow”
