Fremont's Newest Hotel Project Broke Ground and Began Construction

On August 28^th, Fremont’s newest hotel project broke ground and began construction.

Leisure Real Estate Advisors, a development group based in Lincoln, first contacted GFDC in 2014 with interest in the property owned by The Yager Group on 23^rd St. (former Clarion Inn property). GFDC coordinated the initial meeting among Leisure Real Estate Advisors, The Yager Group, and City of Fremont officials. The project progressed from there, and now the community has a new hotel to look forward to in the future.
