Access to health care is a critical aspect of any community. Good health care services not only improve the physical health of residents, they play a role in economic development—providing jobs and also helping to attract businesses and retain residents once they retire.

Fremont, Nebraska is on a mission to vastly improve our health care facilities. Fremont Health broke ground on a 30-month, $42 million project in September 2014 called "Building a Healthy Future." Included is a major renovation and remodel of the existing hospital and nursing home as well as technological improvements that will improve patient experience and raise the level of health care services overall.
