Housing Development Funds

GFDC manages $4.3M in revolving loan funds across 3 different programs. Each program intends to create additional housing units in the community by providing low-interest construction loans to catalyze new development and rehabilitation projects.


Fremont Home Fund 

Funds are currently available for new construction on empty lots, or rehabilitation of homes needing significant improvements.

Here We Grow Homes Fund

The purpose of this fund is to provide "gap" financing to developers for low-to-moderate housing and homeowners within the Fremont and Inglewood area.

Currently, the funds have been allocated. A second round will be announced when more funding becomes available. 

Dodge County Investment Fund

The purpose of this fund is to provide "gap" financing to developers for workforce housing and homebuyers consistent with the Workforce Housing Investment Act.
