The Board of Directors of Lutheran Family Services has sixteen members elected by the Nebraska Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Nebraska District, Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS). Four additional members are elected by the Board of Directors. The LFS Board of Directors leads the organization in strategic direction, visioning, fundraising and fiscal oversight.
