The Greater Fremont Development Council (GFDC) is seeking a Director of Community Development & Grant Administration to join our team!

This full-time role will play a vital part in advancing housing programs, managing grants, and supporting economic development projects throughout the Greater Fremont area. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about helping our community grow.

What You’ll Do:

•    Lead GFDC’s housing initiatives and programs
•    Manage and administer grants with full compliance
•    Partner with local, regional, and state organizations on development projects
•    Support economic development projects and strategic planning
•    Represent GFDC at community and partner meetings
