Nelsen Partners Announces Development Plans for Fremont Commons

Bruce Nelsen is just following his father's advice.
In developing Fremont Commons, a mixed retail and residential development on the city's eastern edge, Nelsen is investing in the community much like his father did.
"I love the city," Nelsen said following a press conference Wednesday to announce the 127-acre development on the southeast corner of the U.S. Highways 30-275 interchange. "It's a great community. It just needs a shot in the arm."
