Report: Nebraska's Second-Quarter Job Growth was Robust

JournalStar.com reports, "Thanks to a number of economic factors, Nebraska's second-quarter job growth was the best in four years, according to a report from the Omaha Branch of the Kansas City Federal Reserve." Employment grew by more than 1% in the April-June quarter compared with the same period a year ago, the story notes. The construction and manufacturing industries were cited as key factors.
