This weekend we have a big event happening, the Y's men basketball tournament begins on Friday and all day Sat (over 80 out of town teams participating) and next week we are hosting a NHL (hockey) tournament along with rinks in Omaha. These events should have a tremendous economic impact on Fremont over the next few weekends.
Last weekend the Y hosted a statewide Special Olympic basketball tournament, tennis meet and a hockey tournament. Over 4,000 people were in and out of our building last Sat.
