Housing Development Funds
GFDC currently manages $4.3M in revolving loan funds across three programs. Each fund intends to create additional housing units in Fremont and Dodge County by providing low-interest construction loans to catalyze new development and rehabilitation projects.
Fremont Home Fund
Funds are currently available for new construction on empty lots, or rehabilitation of homes needing significant improvements.

Here We Grow Homes Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide "gap" financing to developers for low-to-moderate housing and homeowners within the Fremont and Inglewood area.

At this time, funds have been fully allocated. GFDC will provide updates as funding availability changes.
Dodge County Investment Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide "gap" financing to developers for workforce housing and homebuyers consistent with the Workforce Housing Investment Act. Funds are currently available.
