As the Dodge County population grows and the landscape of healthcare changes, home health care and hospice needs are expanding. Given the increasing demands and complexity, Fremont Area Medical Center is working on a collaborative relationship with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA).
The partnership would add two VNA employees to FAMC programs at the leadership level: a hospice clinical manager and a clinical manager in charge of home health care.
