Greater Fremont Development Council (GFDC), in partnership with the Greater Omaha Chamber, is seeking a motivated, experienced professional to assist in the planning and implementation of the GFDC Strategic Plan, Labor study recommendations, and Dodge County Housing Study strategies. Incumbent will perform a wide variety of tasks directly related to the planning, development and advocacy of affordable housing projects and other opportunities for grant funding. Key functions of this position will be to ‘‘build capacity” to facilitate accelerated expansion of new housing construction; to continue upgrading overall quality of existing housing stock; to build workforce housing capacity.
